Maui Photo Journal - Day 1, Kihei

Aloha! Just back from a week in Maui and we want to share it all with you. We've captured our favorite moments - from beaches to happy hour - in a photo journal of Maui.

Loco Moco, Maui's breakfast of champions - ground beef, gravy, on a pile of fried rice topped off with a fried egg or two. 

Late morning is the best time for a swim - before the winds kick up and the surf gets rough. One of our favorite beaches, Kamaole Sands.

Our first official Mai Tai of the trip -- happy hour at Tommy Bahama's.

The best part of happy hour might be the walk along the beach back to our condo.
