Louis Vuitton City Guides

These travel books, written about the most popular cities in the world, are an excellent resource for not-to-be-missed locations and secret finds.  

Although not widely known, Louis Vuitton has been publishing a unique series of travel guides called City Guides for 10 years. In their own words… “The aim is to offer a good balance of addresses, from time-honored classics and fashionable new establishments to little-known and offbeat places.” 

And they certainly do deliver.  We use these constantly to find a unique hotel, special place for dinner or a great bar for happy hour.

The 2009 edition has been expanded to cover 32 European Cities such as St. Tropez, Bucharest, Glasgow and Amsterdam and there are new standalone editions for cities such as Mumbai, New York and Tokyo. 

If you are lucky enough to live near a Louis Vuitton store, you will easily find the full collection.  If not, stores such as Colette in Paris or the Louis Vuitton website will ship them to you.
