Recipe for Vietnamese Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
Used for fresh or deep fried spring rolls, this incredibly simple dipping sauce can be made in minutes with just a few ingredients.
1 clove of garlic chopped
1/2 red chili pepper
4 tsp. water
2 tsp. fish sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. lime
Stir all ingredients together until the the sugar dissolves. Enjoy with spring rolls.
