Coffee in Vietnam is so strong, dark and sweet, it's like drinking melted dark chocolate.

Built in spite of his wishes (he wanted to be cremated) Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum is a site not to be missed.

Recipe for Vietnamese Spring Roll Dipping Sauce
Used for fresh or deep fried spring rolls, this incredibly simple dipping sauce can be made in minutes with just a few ingredients.
1 clove of garlic chopped
1/2 red chili pepper
4 tsp. water
2 tsp. fish sauce
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. lime
Stir all ingredients together until the the sugar dissolves.  Enjoy with spring rolls.
